sect[section] 7 the County commissioners in their respective Counties shall have power in their discretion to erect stray pounds where they think the public good requires it

sect 8 the County court shall have power where they order stray pounds to be erected to appoint a superintendent or master of such stray pen

sect 9 when such stray pounds are ^is^ Erected by order of the County Court ^of any particular county^, it shall be the duty of the taker up of any stray horse mule or ass to exibit the same on the first day of each term of the circuit court until the same be offered for sale1 or reclaimed by by the owner or proprietor
