(No. 23.)—Joint Resolution authorizing the Secretary of State to furnish the Clerks of the several
District and Circuit Courts of the United States with Copies of Little and Brown’s
Edition of the Laws of the United States.
The Secretary of State to furnish to the clerks of the several Circuit and District
Courts a sufficient number of copies of Little and Brown’s edition of the Laws of
the United States, &c.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America
in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of State

cause to be furnished to each of the clerks of the several District and Circuit Courts
of the United States a sufficient number of copies of Little and Brown’s edition of
the Statutes at large, with those heretofore received, to supply the clerk’s office
at each place where said courts are required by law to be held, one copy for the use
of said clerk’s office and of said courts.
