(No. 10.)—Joint Resolution for the Distribution of the Official Register, or Blue Book , among
the several states.
Whereas a number of copies of the Official Register, or Blue Book, are now deposited
in the office of the Secretary of State, subject to the order of Congress; therefore,
Surplus copies of the Blue Book to be distributed among the several states.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America
in congress assembled, That a full set of one for each year, or so far as is practicable, be furnished to
each of the State libraries; and where there are no State libraries, to be deposited
in the office of the Secretary of State, and that the Secretary of State be requested
to have the same transmitted to them.
