BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
THATthe Postmaster General be, and his is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, from the revenues of the Post Office Department, to Nathaniel Kuykendall, the sum of five thous-and seven hundred and one dollars and fifty cents, which shall be in full satisfaction of all claims on his part for extra services and expenses in carrying the mail on route number one thousand nine hundred and thirty two, from Romney to Clarksburg, in Virginia, for four years and a half, commencing in the year eighteen hundred and thirty nine, he having conveyed the mail in four horse port coaches and three trips a week, and having received pay only for carrying the mail in two horse stages two trips a week, and said sum being to compensate him for this additional service.
