Chap. XXXII. — An Act relating to the Collection District of New Orleans, and for other Purposes.
Lafayette annexed to the collection district of New Orleans.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America
in Congress assembled, That from and after the passage of this act, the city of Lafayette in the State of
Louisiana, shall be added to and included in the port of entry of New Orleans; and
that the office of surveyor for the city of Lafayette be and is hereby abolished.
