For the relief of William Culver.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
senatives of the United State of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and
he is hereby, directed to pay thirteen hundred and seven-
teen dollars and twenty-one cents, out of any moneys in
the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to William Culver,
in full compensation for work on and for materials furnished
for the United States custom-house at the city of New
London, in the State of Connecticut.
