A BILL
For the relief of the legal representatives of James Brown, deceased.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
senatives of the United State of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and
he hereby is, authorized to pay to the legal represen-
tatives of James Brown, deceased, such portion of the
sum of four thousand one hundred and forty-nine dollars
and sixty-six cents, appropriated by an act of Congress, ap-
proved June thirtieth, eighteen hundred and thirty-four, en-
titled “An act for the relief of the legal representatives of
James Brown,” as remains due and unpaid: such payment
to be made to such of the legal representatives of said
James Brown, as shall prove to the satisfaction of the
Secretary of the Treasury that they, as such representa-
tives, are entitled under such act.
