Chap. LXXV. — An Act for the Relief of the legal Representatives of James Brown, deceased.
Such portion of the sum of $4149 66, appropriated for their relief, as remains unpaid,
to be paid the legal representatives of James Brown.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America
in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he hereby is, authorized to pay to the
legal representatives of James Brown, deceased, such portion of the sum of four thousand
one hundred and forty-nine dollars and sixty-six cents, appropriated by an act of
Congress, approved June thirtieth, eighteen hundred and thirty-four, entitled "An
Act for the relief of the legal representatives of James Brown," as remains due and unpaid; such payment to be made to such of the legal representatives of said
James Brown as shall prove to the satisfaction of the Secretary of the Treasury that
they, as such representatives, are entitled under such act.
