For the relief of Daniel Robinson.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the proper accounting officers of the
Treasury be, and they are hereby, instructed to ascertain
the amount of damages sustained by Daniel Robinson, of
Gloucester, Massachusetts, in consequence of a violation,
on the part of the United States, of a contract made be-
tween the United States and the said Daniel Robinson,
and to pay to him, out of any money in the treasury not
otherwise appropriated, the said amount of damages by
him sustained.
