A Bill
To Change the place of holding courts in New Hampshire.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America
in Congress assembled, That the circuit and district courts of the United States which
are now holden at Exeter, within and for the district of New Hampshire, be hereafter
holden at Concord within said district, at the same times as said courts are, by the
present law required to be held at Exeter; and all causes, suits, actions, process,
pleadings, and proceedings, of every discription, existing or depending in the circuit
court, and in the district courts, heretofore holden at said Exeter, in and for the
district aforesaid, shall be returnable to, and proceded with, in due form of law,
at the place and times, conformable to the alterations herein provided for.
