Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of one hundred and fifty thous- and dollars is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be applied to- wards the construction of a dry dock in the harbor of New York. |
