For the relief of Edward Quinn.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Navy be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Edward Quinn on the roll of invalid pensioners, and that he be paid, during his natural life, a pension at the rate of three dollars per month, to commence on the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and forty-six. |
