Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Eliza- beth Clapper, of Muskingum county and State of Ohio, on the pension roll, under the act of July seventh, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, and pay her at the rate of forty dollars per annum. |
