For the relief of Mrs. Harriet Barney.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the pension heretofore allowed Harriet
Barney, and which expired on the first day of December,
eighteen hundred and forty-three, shall be, and the same is
hereby, renewed for five years, to be computed from and
after the first day of December, one thousand eight hun-
dred and forty-three.
