Chap. LXIV. — An Act for the Relief of George Newton.
$610 93 to be paid George Newton for certain arrears of pension.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America
in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to pay to
George Newton, of the town of Johnstown, and State of New York, six hundred and ten
dollars and ninety-three cents, for arrears of pension from the fourth day of March,
eighteen hundred and nineteen, to the seventh day of April, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight,
being at the rate of two dollars and sixty-six cents and two thirds of a cent per
month, out of any money not otherwise appropriated.
