the following bill:
A BILL
For the relief of Alborne Allen.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled,
That there be paid to Alborne Allen, out of
any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the
sum of four hundred and thirty-two dollars, for the balance
due on a contract for building a boat called the Æolus,
on account of the government.
