A BILL
For the relief of William Hogan, administrator of Michael
Hogan, deceased.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he
hereby is, directed to pay, out of any moneys in the treas-
ury not otherwise appropriated, to William Hogan, admin-
istrator of Michael Hogan, deceased, the sum of sixteen
thousand eight hundred and thirty-one dollars and eighty-
seven cents, it being in full compensation for the services
rendered and moneys advanced by the said Michael Ho-
gan, as agent or factor for the Navy Department at Val-
paraiso.
