For the relief of the legal heirs of John Snyder, deceased.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the legal heirs of John Snyder, deceased,
a private of Captain Sadlier’s company of the sixth regi-
ment of infantry, who enlisted the twelfth of June, eigh-
teen hundred and twelve, for five years, and died whilst in
service, on the twenty-seventh of January, eighteen hun-
dred and thirteen, be, and they are hereby, authorized to
enter at the proper land office in any of the States and
Territories, in which the same may lie, hundred and
sixty acres of land.
