Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the act of the second session of the
twenty-ninth Congress, chapter sixty-nine, entitled, “An
act to provide for satisfying claims for bounty lands, for
military services in the late war with Great Britain, and
for other purposes,” approved, July twenty-seven, eighteen
hundred and forty-two, and also, the two acts approved
January twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and thirty-five,
therein and thereby revived, shall be, and the same are
hereby revived, and renewed, and continued in force, for
five years, to be computed from and after the passage of
this act.
