For the relief of John W. Hockett.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and
he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay, out of any
money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to John
W. Hockett, of Illinois, late a contractor upon the Cum-
berland road in the said State, the sum of three hundred
and three dollars and fifty-two cents, being the amount in
full due and unpaid to him for work done upon the nation-
al road, in pursuance with and according to contract with
the United States.
