Chap. LXXXVI. — An Act for the Relief of William Ralston.
$681 81 to be paid William Ralston for services as chaplain to the regiment of Tennessee
cavalry.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America
in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, instructed to pay to William
Ralston, of Tennessee, the sum of six hundred and eighty-one dollars and eighty-one
cents, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, it being in full
compensation for his services as chaplain to the regiment of Tennessee cavalry, from
the sixth of June, eighteen hundred and forty-six, to April twenty-one, eighteen hundred
and forty-seven.
