For the relief of Jesse Young.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of War be, and he is here-
by, required to pay to Jesse Young, (whose name is now
on the roll of invalid pensions,) at the rate of sixteen dol-
lars per month, instead of the pension now received by
him, to commence on the first day of January, one thou-
sand eight hundred and forty-eight.
