Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he is here- by, required to place the name of Silas Waterman on the roll of invalid pensions, and that he pay him at the rate of four dollars per month, for and during his natural life, com- mencing on the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and forty-six. |
