A Bill for the relief of N. C. Orear.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled: That the sum of four thousand dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated to be paid to N. C. Orear on account of that amount in value having been furnished by him in corn to the Second Regiment of Missouri volunteers at or near Santafe Commanded by Col. Price, and under and by a contract entered into for that purpose.
