A Bill to amend the act Entitled “An act extending the Jurisdiction of the District
Courts to certain cases upon the Lakes and navigable waters connecting the same” approved
the 26th of February 1845,
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America
in Congress assembled. That the jurisdiction of said court in all the cases mentioned
in the act to which this is an amendment, be and the same is hereby extended to all
the other navigable Lakes and navigable Rivers in the United States
