Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That there be, and is hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of five hundred dollars, to be paid to H. D. John- son, of Charlestown, in the State of Massachusetts, in full payment for his services as judge advocate before certain naval courts-martial, in the years eighteen hundred and forty-four and eighteen hundred and forty-five. |
