Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That there be, and is hereby, appropriated, out
of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated,
the sum of five hundred dollars, to be paid to H. D. John-
son, of Charlestown, in the State of Massachusetts, in full
payment for his services as judge advocate before certain
naval courts-martial, in the years eighteen hundred and
forty-four and eighteen hundred and forty-five.
