For the relief of John Manley.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized
and required to place the name of John Manley on the
pension list of revolutionary pensioners, and to pay him a
pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month from the
fourth of September, A.D. one thousand eight hundred and
forty-five.
