Chap. CXXXV. — An Act for the Relief of Benjamin White.
Land warrant to issue to Benjamin White for 160 acres of land for military services
in the late war with Great Britain.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America
in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War is hereby directed and authorized to give to Benjamin White
a land warrant for one hundred and sixty acres of land for military services rendered
by him in the late war with Great Britain, which warrant may be located on any quarter
section of public land now open to private entry.
