Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Surveyor General of the State of
Louisiana is hereby authorized and directed to locate the
claim of Anthony Bessee, reported by Runnels and Ren-
cher, the nineteenth of January, eighteen hundred and
twenty-five, and confirmed by act of fourth May, eighteen
hundred and twenty-six, on any unappropriated land be-
longing to the United States in the Greenburgh land dis-
trict.
