Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Surveyor General of the State of Louisiana is hereby authorized and directed to locate the claim of Anthony Bessee, reported by Runnels and Ren- cher, the nineteenth of January, eighteen hundred and twenty-five, and confirmed by act of fourth May, eighteen hundred and twenty-six, on any unappropriated land be- longing to the United States in the Greenburgh land dis- trict. |
