For the relief of Jonathan Moore, of the State of Massachusetts.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he is here- by, directed to place the name of Jonathan Moore, of the State of Massachusetts, on the roll of revolutionary pen- sioners, and that he be allowed such pension, under the act of June seventh, eighteen hundred and thirty-two, as would be allowed him if he had served six months—said pension to commence on the fourth of September, eighteen hun- dred and forty-seven. |
