A BILL
For the relief of Robert Ellis.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of War be, and he is here-
by, required to pay to Robert Ellis, of the State of Ten-
nessee, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise
appropriated, the sum of sixty-six dollars per annum, for
and during his natural life, in addition to the thirty dollars
per annum, now paid him under the act of seventh of June,
one thousand eight hundred and thirty-two, in conse-
quence of wounds received by him, in the war of the Revo-
lution— said pension to commence from and after the
fourth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and forty-
six.
