Authorizing a term of the United States circuit and district courts at Chicago, Illinois.

 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That
a term of the circuit and district of the United States for
the State of Illinois shall ^hereafter^ be held at the city of Chicago on the
first Monday of July in each year.
