Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to the legal representatives of Joshua Kenedy, deceased, out of any moneys not otherwise appropriated, the sum of six thousand five hundred dollars, in full compensation for the destruction of property by the Creek Indians in the year eighteen hundred and thirteen. |
