For the relief of G. De Lis^r^ac.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of the Treasury cause to
be refunded to G. De Lis^r^ac the amount of duties paid by
him on three packages of goods entitled to drawback, and
exported by him to Canada under the act of third March,
eighteen hundred and forty-five, entitled “An act allowing
drawback upon foreign merchandise exported in the origi-
nal packages to Chihuahua and Santa Fe, in Mexico, and
to the British North American Provinces adjoining the
United States,” and transported by land from Burlington,
Vermont, to the British Provinces: Provided, It shall ap-
pear to the defendant that he has, in other respects, com-
plied with the provisions of the act aforesaid.
