For the relief of the legal representatives of Captain George R. Shoemaker, deceased.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he
is hereby, instructed to ascertain what amount of money
is due Captain George R. Shoemaker, under contract, for
his services, and to pay such amount so due to the legal
representatives of the said Shoemaker, out of any moneys
in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
