Chap. CLVII. — An Act for the Relief of the legal Representatives of Captain George R. Shoemaker,
deceased.
Secretary of the Treasury to ascertain the amount due Captain George R. Shoemaker,
deceased, under contract, for his services, and pay the same to his legal representatives.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America
in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, instructed to ascertain what
amount of money is due Captain George R. Shoemaker, under contract, for his services,
and to pay such amount so due to the legal representatives of the said Shoemaker,
out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
