BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay Jeremiah Moors a just compensation for the mortar used and labor bestowed in building a light-house, in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty one, on the outer bay, Thunder island, in Lake Huron, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated; said light-house was built under a contract made between Henry T. Blake, and Adam D. Stewart, the agent of the government, dated August thirtieth, Anno Domini, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-one.
