bill:
A BILL
making an appropriation for improving and repairing the harbor
at Buffalo.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars
be, and the same is hereby, appropriated out of any moneys
in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, for improving
and repairing the harbor at Buffalo, on Lake Erie; which
sum shall be expended under the direction of the Secre-
tary of War.
