Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sums of money be, and the same are hereby, appropriated, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, viz: For the improvement of the harbor at Southport, on Lake Michigan, four thousand dollars; For the improvement of the harbor at Racine, on Lake Michigan, four thousand dollars; |

For the improvement of the harbor, at Sheboygan, on Lake Michigan, four thousand dollars; which sums shall be expended under the direction of the Secretary of War. |
