BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to pay, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to John P, Skinner and the legal representatives of Isaac Green the sum of eight thousand three hundred and thirteen dollars and thirty-four cents, being the amount received by the United States on a judgment recovered by them against the said John P, Skinner and Isaac Green, in his lifetime, as sureties of Thomas Emmerson: Provided, That nothing in this act shall be, construed to discharge the said Emmerson from liability under said judgment.
