For the relief of Joseph Bryan.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he
hereby is, directed to pay out of any moneys in the Treas-
ury not otherwise appropriated, to Joseph Bryan, or his
legal representative, the sum of two hundred and eighty-
two dollars, in full payment for certain disbursements made
by Commander J. D. Williamson, of the United States
ship Ontario, at Nassau, New Providence, on the ninth
and twelfth of October, eighteen hundred and thirty-nine.
