BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to William Blake, an invalid pensioner, the sum of twelve dollars per month from the first day of January eighteen hundred and forty-six, to the fourth day of September eighteen hundred and forty-eight, and at the rate of twenty dollars permonth from the latter period during his natural life.
