For the relief of Jonathan Fitzwater.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of War be, and he is here-
hereby, directed to place the name of Jonathan Fitzwater
on the roll of invalid pensioners, and pay him at the rate
of twenty dollars per month during his natural life, to com-
mence on th eighteenth day of August, one thousand
eight hundred and forty-seven.
