Chap. XCI. — An Act for the Relief of Jonathan Fitzwater.
A pension of twenty dollars per month allowed Jonathan Fitzwater.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America
in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Jonathan
Fitzwater on the roll of invalid pensioners, and pay him at the rate of twenty dollars
per month during his natural life, to commence on the eighteenth day of August, one
thousand eight hundred and forty-seven.
