Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, directed to place upon the pension roll the name ^of^ Samuel Cony, of Augusta, State of Maine, and to pay him a pen- sion at the rate of eight dollars per month, from the first day of January, eighteen hundred and forty-five, to con- tinue during his natural life. |
