A BILL
For the relief of Hervey Jones.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the name of Hervey Jones, a private in
the militia of New York during the last war, be placed
upon the list of invalid pensioners, at the rate of eight dol-
lars per month, commencing the first day of January, one
thousand eight hundred and forty-eight ^, (and to continue during his natural life)^
