Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to
William S. Holland, out of any money in the treasury not
otherwise appropriated, the mileage allowed by law to wit-
nesses attending the courts of the United States from the
city of Rio de Janeiro, in the empire of Brazil, to the city
of Richmond, in the State of Virginia.
