Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to William S. Holland, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the mileage allowed by law to wit- nesses attending the courts of the United States from the city of Rio de Janeiro, in the empire of Brazil, to the city of Richmond, in the State of Virginia. |
