Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to Mary B. Renner, or her attorney, five thousand six hundred and eighty dollars, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the destruction of ropewalk by the public enemy during the last war. |
