Chap. XVI. — An Act granting the Franking Privilege to Louisa Catharine Adams.
Franking privilege granted to the widow of J. Q. Adams.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America
in Congress assembled, That all letters and packets carried by post to and from Louisa Catharine Adams, widow
of the late John Quincy Adams, be conveyed free of postage during her natural life.
