For the relief of Daniel Steenrod.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and
he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any
moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to
Daniel Steenrod, for extra work on the Cumberland road,
as follow, viz: For five hundred and eighty-two and a half
rods of cording at two dollars and fifty cents per rod; for
repairs of four hundred and thirty six rods of said road,
after it was completed and approved, but before accepted,
two dollars per rod; for three hundred and eighty-three
feet heavy coping cut stone, and dowelled, at two dollars
per foot; and for seven hundred and six feet heavy coping,
not dowelled, (including four hundred and fifty-five feet
double coped wall,) at one dollar and fifty cents per foot.
